We are committed to answering or returning every phone call. We make ourselves available outside of normal business hours to provide timely information or advice. Our email is checked regularly and we are committed to acknowledging receipt and responding to emails as quickly as possible.
As a small firm, your matter will receive our personal care and attention at every stage. We only take on a caseload that we can handle and will never delegate your matter to any other person or organization.
Your matter will remain private and confidential, to the extent permissible by law. We will only act in accordance with your instructions and will provide you with regular updates on the progress of the file. The frequency of updates will depend on the stage of the proceeding.
Just as we endeavour to treat clients with respect, we also treat opposing lawyers and parties with an equal degree of respect. While we are committed to pursuing your claim and defending your rights vigorously, we are also committed to civility and will not attempt to intimidate or demean other lawyers or parties.
Our office is located in Scarborough, just off of HWY401, at the South-West corner of Markham Road and Progress Avenue (885 Progress Avenue, Unit LPH10). Although we are behind our desks quite a bit, it's best to call in advance if you’re planning to drop by.
